It's not iz wish to cause undue consternation to innocent folk, Iz's had enough of that himself. Due concern needs be placed however where it rightly belongs. Focus will need to be put on the various codes of professional conduct as well as the statutory guidelines to create a context for objective understanding. Detatched over view is essential. One things sure,the Public ought to decide for themselves what is in their best interest, given that much wrongdoing is perpetrated by willful dominant personalities in well meaning but neglectful institutions. The various heads of department, at the time under Mr. O'Sullivan's authority.they know who they are ,we all will in time.
Dr. Foreman, consultant psychiatrist, Carmarthen district.

That'll do for now, there are others, all in some degree have been collusively assistant in what may be seen to be the cover up of professional and/or criminal neglect. Putting those names into context,will at the very least justify on the record the grounds for my cauase for concern.
